How a Sweeptide clean works
- You get a real price, not a range. Tell us the size of the home, the service and how long since its last professional clean. We confirm a flat price, usually the same day. Offices get a free walkthrough first because restroom count and flooring matter more than square footage.
- The same team, every time. Recurring homes are assigned to a two-person team who keep notes on where things go and what you care about. Rentals get a crew that knows the unit’s staging photos.
- A written checklist, room by room. Every visit follows the same list, published on our house cleaning checklist so you can see exactly what a standard, deep or move-out clean covers before you book.
- A message when we arrive and when we lock up. Photos on request for homes, and a room-by-room photo report after every rental turnover.
- A 24-hour re-clean promise. If anything on the checklist was missed, tell us within 24 hours and we come back free. The terms are on our service guarantee page.
Prices, published
Almost no cleaning company in Gwinnett shows a price on its website. We think that wastes your time, so here are our every-two-weeks rates. Deep, move-out, rental and office prices are on the pricing page.

Weekly visits are 10% less per visit. Monthly visits add 15%. Your first visit is billed at the deep-clean rate because it resets the home to a standard we can keep.
Built for how Gwinnett homes actually get dirty
A house in Suwanee does not collect the same dirt as an apartment in Midtown. A few things we plan every visit around:
- Spring pine pollen. From roughly March to May a yellow film settles on sills, tracks, porches and anything near an open door. During that season we add sills, window tracks and entry floors to every visit rather than waiting for a deep clean.
- Red clay. Georgia clay rides in on shoes, dogs and kids’ cleats. It comes out of hard floors easily when it is fresh; left in carpet or porous grout it sets. We treat entry floors first so it is not spread through the house by the vacuum.
- Finished basements and bonus rooms. Many Gwinnett homes have a lower level that adds a third to the cleaning time. We price by bedrooms and bathrooms and ask about the basement, so the quote does not change on the day.
- Basement guest suites. The typical Gwinnett Airbnb is not a whole house. It is a private-entrance suite under an owner’s home in Lawrenceville, Grayson or Duluth. We clean the guest space only and keep noise down when you are upstairs.
- New-construction dust. In Dacula, Auburn and Braselton, builder cleans rarely reach inside drawers, vents and light fixtures. We quote post-construction cleans after a look, because the dust load varies by builder.
For Airbnb and VRBO hosts
Gwinnett had about 1,300 short-term rental listings when the county last counted, and the rules change on April 14, 2027, when unincorporated Gwinnett starts requiring an annual license, a local agent who lives in Gwinnett or an adjacent county, and an interior inspection every two years.
